About the Lecture Series
Understanding how the pandemic has impacted job opportunities, the WEmpower Pakistan core team came up with the idea to train and educate women professionals through Facebook Live sessions. The aim of the Research Guide lecture series was to empower women professionals through structured guidance on CV construction, applying to scholarships, writing research proposals and scientific papers, and freelancing. The lecture series spanned five months and included four parts.
Lecture Series I – Scholarships Around the Globe
This lecture series was designed to cover all steps of the scholarship application, such as application procedure, requirements, and facilities of various scholarships.

Lecture Series II – Research Guide
The goal of the lecture series was to further research development. The focus of the speakers was mainly on how to write research and review papers.
